I would not recommend Harratts Nissan Wakefield because after purchasing the car I have been in touch with Harratts several times before receiving reply's. I was promised a new spare key as the one the previous owner had was broken, I am still waiting to hear back from the sales person to see if Harratts Part department need a copy of my log book in order for them to obtain a spare key for me.
When looking at the car before purchasing we pointed out the paintwork on the rear bumper which needed some attentions as it had a chunk out of it, when getting the car home we found that it had a very bad paint run and buffer markers on the bumper and has been painted in the wrong shade of paint. Also it needed touching up in places which I was told would be done at the same time as the bumper, but on arrival to pick the car up two members of what looked to be the sales team where touching it up.
I have rung to speak to a member of management about the issues that I am having and I am still waiting to hear back from them.
Also I had to sort my own logbook out as I was told that it had been done for me but I had to sort it out myself as when I rung the DVLA they had nothing on file, this meant that it took 4 to 5 week for my logbook to arrive which was annoying as I was waiting to put my personal reg on the car.
Overall, I would not recommend but others may have no problem at all, the sale was fine but the after-sales is shocking and communication is lacking with me still waiting for things that I was promised.

I'd recommend Harratts Nissan Wakefield to anyone because they extended a personal friendly and professional service. We haven’t needed to follow up with anything yet so don’t know about the aftersales service - but totally satisfied so far - thank you!
